A Little About Miss Wilson...
My name is Aimee Wilson and I am a 3rd grade teacher at Eagle Glen Elementary. After graduating from this very district, I came back to teach. This is my fifth year, and I absolutely love it--GO RAYPEC!
I grew up in Raymore and am a graduate of Ray-Pec High School. I attended University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg, MO to earn my degree in Elementary Education (grades 1-6) with a specialization in Special Education. In December 2017, I graduated from UCM with a Master's Degree in Educational Technology.
When I'm not at school, I love playing board games, spending time with family and friends, being crafty, getting pedicures, going to escape rooms, and exploring our beautiful city. Volunteering is another big part of what I do in my leisure time. One of my most favorite quotes is: "Be the change you wish to see in the world." I try to live by that each and every day, which is why I enjoy giving my time to organizations that are close to my heart.
I love teaching and am very excited for my new adventure in 3rd grade at Eagle Glen!
